 A seasoned construction professional with over 36 years of experience spanning hands-on trade work, site supervision, and senior management within the construction industry. Currently serving as Proprietor, Business Owner, and Director, responsible for leading all aspects of business operations, from strategic planning and client relations to project delivery and workforce management.

Core Responsibilities & Expertise:

• Business Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, financial management, and long-term strategic growth of the business.

• Project & Construction Management: Direct end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations and client specifications.

• Team Development & Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and safety.

• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, manage contracts, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Operational Oversight: Manage procurement, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment across multiple projects.

• Industry Knowledge: Draw on decades of experience as a tradesman and construction manager, combining practical expertise with high-level management skills.

• Began career as a skilled construction tradesman, gaining deep technical knowledge of building practices, materials, and site operations.

• Progressed to Construction Manager, responsible for supervising teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Advanced to Business Owner & Director, leveraging extensive industry expertise to establish and grow a reputable, client-focused construction business.

Construction Trainee

Connor is a motivated Construction Trainee developing his skills within the building services and HVAC sectors. With a strong interest in hands‑on work and a growing technical foundation, Connor is committed to learning industry best practices and contributing to high‑quality project delivery.

He is highly skilled at supporting site teams, assisting with installations, and maintaining clear communication across the project environment. As he continues to build his knowledge of construction processes, air‑conditioning and ventilation systems, and site safety requirements, Connor brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a proactive attitude to every task.

Connor’s willingness to learn, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to safe working practices make him a valuable member of the team.
