Young Persons Construction Starter Course - What it Covers
The two week Young Persons Construction Starter Course gives learners aged 16–24 a practical introduction to core construction skills. The course includes:
- Hands‑on training in bricklaying, plastering and basic carpentry
- Tool handling and safe operation, including mechanical, battery‑powered and mains‑powered tools
- Materials knowledge, helping learners understand how and when to use common construction materials
